How long will it take to process my order?

Once you place your order with payment, it will take at least 3 days to process.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Shipping should take 3-5 business days but that is based on USPS. It may take longer during the holiday months. We send you a tracking number once we drop it off at the post office.

Can a customer return their products?

NO RETURNS due to the fact that our items are personal products and even unopened, we choose not to resell the products since it has been out of our supervision.

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can exchange an item for the same item if it is defective or damaged during shipping.
