NO RETURNS due to the fact that our items are personal products and even unopened, we choose not to resell the products since it has been out of our supervision.

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can exchange an item for the same item if it is defective or damaged during shipping.
